    They were able to work around my work schedule to get me in their rotation. The gentleman was courteous and answered all of my questions before he began spraying and after spraying was complete. He gave me pertinent information concerning what I could expect going forward. The pest they were also spraying for were beetles. These beetles were a bit to deal with on a daily basis. He, also let me know I could call back if things did not change within a specific time period.

    We have a newly constructed home we just moved into a few weeks ago. We have an infestation that I described via email and the responder was pretty sure what it was but offered to have someone come out for a free estimate to be sure. Turns out it was what she thought... the gentleman who came to do the estimate explained what they were, consulted with his team, and rather than just put down a chemical, offered a non-chemical solution for me to try on my own first. He said this particular pest cannot be guaranteed to be eradicated by any chemical yet (they will go away on their own once it gets cold, and the solution he suggested may help in the meantime). I appreciated so much the honesty and suggestions-some companies would have just put down a chemical, charged for it, and then when it didn't work, charge to put down another chemical... This gentleman said they would only do that if I asked them to, but they prefer to only use chemicals where it is proven effective. I will definitely reach out to this company the next time I need pest control! Thank you!
